Guernsey Gold Milk and Guernsey Gold A2 Milk

Our Aim

To supply milk and/or milk products derived from milk whose beta casein A1 and A2 ratio is essentially pure beta casein A2 and derived from Guernsey Cows.

During mid to late 2023 our sole Owner visited Queensland with his staff and put into action the purchase of Guernseys with the sole aim of promoting and producing A1 A2 milk in that State. These are “Blencowe Guernsey Gold Cows - Edward Troutbeck” Sole Proprietor.

Exciting News is that Guernsey Cattle are being presently being transferred and registered by the Guernsey Cattle Society of Australia and we are in the process of making arrangements with a dairy and purchaser of our A2 milk to handle this side of the business and should be fully operational under the above Trade Mark by October of this year 2025.
